GROUP FITNESS
Our group fitness program helps you deliver on your weight loss and fitness goals. From start to finish, our professional and compassionate team at Pure Form Training (PFT) will help you create a personalized workout plan and a nutrition plan to match your aspirations, then give you the tools you need to follow through.

Our sessions are 45-50 minutes long and are broken down into a 5-minute warm-up, a 30-35-minute total body training segment, and a 5-minute finisher, followed by a guided cool-down & stretch. You work at your own intensity with our PFT System, so anyone can get a great workout, regardless of training history.
Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna
To aid in whole body health and recovery, we offer full spectrum infrared saunas.
Full-spectrum refers to all 3 types of infrared: Far, Mid and Near and each has its own benefits!
- Near Infrared (NIR): Absorbed just below the surface of the skin, promoting wound healing, cell health/regeneration, skin revitalization and can mitigate inflammation.
- Mid Infrared (MIR): Can help with inflammation, pain and decrease overall healing time. Other benefits include the expansion of blood vessels, which leads to improved circulation, increasing metabolism..
- Far Infrared (FIR): In addition to all of the benefits for near and mid infrared, far infrared penetrates the deepest where toxins and chemicals are trapped allowing powerful detoxification. It can also increase your heart rate which can be equivalent to mild cardio. FIR stimulates vasodilation, which in turn increases blood flow throughout the body. FIR can also reduce pain, ease joint stiffness, decrease inflammation and alleviate overall body stress.
